My Story
My name is Conor, and I’m the founder of Swift & Bold Security Group. Before starting this company, I served as a Rifleman in the British Army, proud to be part of the Rifles Regiment—a unit known for its speed, discipline, and adaptability.
During my time in the military, I learned more than just tactics and procedures. I learned the value of staying calm under pressure, the importance of working as a unit, and how preparation and attention to detail can mean the difference between success and failure. These lessons didn’t leave me when I left the Army—they became part of who I am and how I work.
After my service, I spent over a decade working in the private security industry. From securing busy public events and licensed venues to protecting individuals and property, I saw what worked—and what didn’t. I also saw a growing need for a company that truly understands risk, respects discipline, and delivers on its promises.
That’s why I started Swift & Bold.
